LIFE+ programme anniversary celebration

On 21st May there was 25th anniversary of LIFE+ programme. The programme is dedicated to projects concerning environment and climate protection only. Taking this opportunity, all the cofounded projects had a chance to organise some events and activities to spread the information about the programme itself and the anniversary among their audience. FORBIOSENSING ON EARTH DAY IN WARSAW

Another great meeting is already behind us. On June 4th, on Earth Day at Pola Mokotowskie in Warsaw, members of our project team talked with the participants about the Project itself (a.o. about remote sensing techniques and field measurement of Białowieża Forest done in our Project) and told their listeners about the LIFE+ programme anniversary

II FOREST RESEARCH INSTITUTE RUN

Last Saturday (May, 27th) there was held the II Forest Research Institute Run “Naukowcy na start” in Sękocin Stary. There were races dedicated to preschoolers (run of 230 m), kids from primary schools (run of 800 m) and – the main race of 5 km - employees of State Forest, scientific institutes, universities and all other lovers of this discipline. The march of 5 km was dedicated to all fans of nordic walking.
