ForBioSensing, admiring biodiversity: Autumn contrasts in the Białowieża Forest

The Białowieża Forest is a unique place on the map of Poland and Europe. The turn of autumn is an extremely interesting period for nature lovers. The different species of trees that grow in the forests change the colors of the leaves, the mushrooms show the richness and variety. It is impossible not to notice the activity of animals during this time, because they are stocking up for the winter. Every year, the ForBioSensing team observes the activities of, among others, squirrels, jays and wild boars, which eat the gifts of the forest with appetite.

The end of November is ahead of us. It's gray and cold outside the windows. In today's news, we show you what a forest with many contrasts looks like. We invite you to browse the gallery of autumn photos.
