Our specialists show daily commitment to the tasks carried out in the project, which are related to the monitoring of the stands of the Białowieża Primeval Forest. They consist in taking measurements (the latest remote sensing technologies and traditional methods of measuring stands are used for this purpose). It is also the documentation of the exceptional natural wealth of the Forest.

The listed activities provide valuable products, information and Know-How. An important idea of ​​the LIFE program, which translates into implemented projects, is their ability to reuse - both the obtained products and the developed methods of environmental management. From the beginning of the project, the team widely promotes the effects of processing in the project and makes them available for various purposes.

The products of the ForBioSensing project have been transferred under license agreements already 72 times (as of 01/03/21). Recently, the licensees include: RDLP Białystok, the Institute of Animal Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, and the University of Cambridge. Access to valuable information will allow the above-mentioned entities to achieve research goals: perform analyzes, verify the correctness of the activities performed, and expand inference. This information will also serve as auxiliary material in the publication of the results of the undertaken projects.
